This role will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop intelligent workflows, integrate systems, and continuously improve organizational productivity through emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

Design and build intelligent automation solutions that support business operations.
Develop workflows that can perform tasks, retrieve information, and interact with internal systems.
Create reusable components and services that accelerate future automation efforts.
Test, deploy, and maintain production-ready solutions.

Process Automation

Partner with stakeholders to identify repetitive or inefficient processes.
Translate business requirements into automated workflows.
Reduce manual effort through thoughtful application of technology.
Continuously optimize existing automations and systems.

Systems Integration

Connect automation solutions with internal applications, databases, and APIs.
Build and maintain integrations between business platforms.
Ensure reliable and secure data flow across systems.

Knowledge & Information Management

Develop solutions that help teams access, organize, and utilize information more effectively.
Improve knowledge discovery and operational efficiency through intelligent systems.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Governance & Quality

Follow established security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Monitor solution performance and reliability.
Document systems, workflows, and best practices.
Contribute to governance and operational standards as the program evolves.



Required Qualifications

Experience

2–5 years of software engineering, automation, or systems development experience.
Experience integrating applications and working with APIs.
Demonstrated ability to solve business problems through technology.
Experience delivering solutions from concept through deployment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Understanding of databases and data structures.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services.
Experience with workflow automation and business process improvement.

Professional Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with workflow automation platforms.
Experience building internal productivity tools.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems.
Exposure to intelligent automation, orchestration, or autonomous workflows.
Experience working in marketing, media, operations, analytics, or client service environments.
