GOAL OF AN INTERNSHIP AT TRUTH

Our internship program is designed to prepare you for your career in advertising. You'll quickly be thrust into important client projects, learning directly from industry leaders and being supported by a dedicated team of intern mentors.

You will also benefit from a weekly seminar series led by by directors of each department. They will share career experiences, insights about their role, and explore the latest industry trends and thinking. You'll be exposed to a wealth of knowledge, helping demystify and clarify your own career projections.

As an intern, you will

· Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers all facets of a media agency’s operations

· Receive guidance from a dedicated group of intern mentors committed to supporting your growth

· Collaborate with client and subject matter expert (SME) teams to gain hands-on, practical experience

· Attend an a weekly seminar series

· Build meaningful skills and experiences that enhance your resume and prepare you for a successful future in marketing

· Collaborate and learn with the fellow interns in your cohort

Schedule

· Ideally, your internship will be 13 weeks. This may differ on a case-by-case basis, which should be discussed during the interview process

· In the Fall/Spring semesters, expect to work 20 hours per week

· In the Summer, expect to work 30 hours per week

· Truth operates on a hybrid schedule and will work within your class schedule

· Wednesdays are in-person. We will work with you to schedule a partial in-person day if your class schedule does not allow full attendance

Start Date

Start dates may vary by semester. You will receive the confirmed start date during the interview process

· Fall: 2nd Wednesday in September

· Summer: 3rd Wednesday in May

· Spring: 2nd Wednesday in January
