Paid Social Specialist

This is a hands-on, strategy-and-execution role. You'll manage paid social strategy, activation, optimization, and performance across a mixed portfolio of small and medium-sized client accounts, with guidance and support from senior Paid Social leadership. You'll be expected to understand what the data is telling you, turn those insights into recommendations clients can act on, and ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard across the platforms that matter most.

01 What you'll own

 

  • Manage paid social strategy and execution for assigned client accounts, from planning and campaign development through launch, optimization, reporting, and ongoing recommendations 
  • Manage the day-to-day paid social activities for small and medium-sized accounts, with guidance from senior Paid Social leadership 
  • Support high-volume, multi-location and franchise accounts where localized strategies, campaign volume, and operational complexity are critical to success 
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, performance, and ongoing optimization across assigned accounts 
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear recommendations that improve results and support client business objectives
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct paid social account audits to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and stronger platform execution
  • Stay current on platform changes, emerging capabilities, industry trends, and best practices, and apply relevant opportunities to client strategies
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Planning, and other media teams to develop and execute effective paid social programs 

 

 

02 What you bring

 

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social media experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Proficiency in Meta paid social, with demonstrated experience developing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-performing campaigns. Experience with TikTok is preferred, while experience with Snap, Pinterest, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise organizations, with the ability to manage high campaign volume, localized strategies, and operational complexity while maintaining consistent performance across markets. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading paid social strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. 
  • Solid understanding of paid social campaign objectives, platform capabilities, bidding strategies, optimization techniques, and measurement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate data into strategic recommendations that drive business results. 
  • Ability to confidently present campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience conducting paid social account audits and developing strategic recommendations that align with platform best practices and ensure best-in-class execution. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
