Objective

Increase both brand awareness and consideration against high multicultural and immigrant populations.

Challenge

To target individuals currently living in the U.S. and Canada who are immigrants from Latin America, Asia, and Africa and/or have relatives located in their home country. Remitly wanted to create buzz in a high-impact location that would target all corridors at the same time. Identifying the channels and environments that contextually resonate isn’t a simple task.

 

Our Approach

Leveraging tech, data and gut we built an omni-channel approach of traditional, digital and Out-of-Home we were able to connect in our target's backyards. We specifically planned the campaign around high top of mind family and giving seasons to ensure intent was high.

Results

6.2 million active customers, up 36% from 4.6 million in Q1 2023
Remitly expects revenue to be between $1.250 billion and $1.254 billion, a
32–33% increase from 2023.
